Quadible is a cybersecurity startup with entities in UK and Greece that helps organisations mitigate fraud, improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost through a unique continuous behavioural authentication. What will you do? You will manage EU research projects and provide all the appropriate deliverables in a timely manner. Develop AI solutions for automated decision-making, in a few words. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will perform feature engineering, data analysis, selection of AI/ML methodologies, parameter optimisation, AI/ML model improvement, fusion of automated decisions etc. You will develop from scratch or build on existing solutions, depending on the case. You should also understand and adhere to corporate information security, business continuity and compliance policies & procedures.

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Ability to write technical documentation and deliverables for EU projects
- Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in Python
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand and adhere to corporate information security, business continuity and compliance policies & procedures.
- Maintain a proactive mindset and stay informed about emerging threats, cybersecurity trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to write code with security in mind, apply secure coding principles, implement secure coding standards, and prevent common vulnerabilities.
